This size of bat house may be occupied by all members of your bat colony or if the bats in your area prefer to be segregated a 2 chamber house can be the bachelor pad and combined with a larger house for the nursery house.
We paint the inside of the bat house and stain the outside. The exterior color is dependent on the average July temperature for your neighborhood. Instructions for painting and maintenance are included with each house.
