SHIPPING POLICY

We use UPS for shipments.  Our bat houses are built to last so they are a heavy.  The rate is determined by the size of the shipping box as well as the destination.  The shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is your satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not happy with your bat house purchase, please return in the original packaging for a full-refund of the cost of the bat house.

If the packaging is not intact and it appears the bat house may be damaged leave the bat house in the packaging and have the carrier return it to us for a replacement shipment.
